Final Migration date

As we get closer to the migration and we get ready, we now with confidence can set the actual final date for the migration to the new environment on the new hardware. The migration is going to happen on:

Monday 23rd of March 2026.

All systems are running well and our tests are successful. We are looking forward to using the new system.

Single SignOn

We wrote in a previous blog post, that you will not see much changes to the user interface. there is however one new feature that we want to tell you about: “Single Sign On”.

When you login to the dashboard today, and you want to use the webclient, you press the Webmail button on the dashboard.

You then get asked for username and password for the login to the webclient

After the migration you will have to login to the cockpit once, press the Webmail button and you will then get to see this screen:

When you give permission to enable the Single Sign On once (in the above screen) then you will get logged in to the webclient automatically in the future. Next time you login to the cockpit and press the Webmail button. You will then get logged in automatically.

If you’re not logged into the cockpit, have not given the permission to enable the SSO (with the screen above), and take the direct link to the webclient (‘https://kolabnow.com/apps’), then you will have to log in to the webclient. If you however are logged in to the cockpit, have given the permission once, you make use of the direct link to the webclient, then you will be logged in automatically.
